Welcome to the world of The Beige Brigade. It's about Passion not Fashion.
The BYC: Beige Brigade's Podcast
We launched the world's first podcast on New Zealand cricket. It is called the BYC and it's free - the episodes can be downloaded here or from iTunes here.

The Beige Brigade Shop
The BB Shop has a myriad of rubbish coloured Jandal Socks, Headbands and Sweatbands, lots of Stubbies - as well as all the other Beige Brigade kit: Zinc, Tracksuit Jackets, Jandals, Visors, Strides, DVDs, Lycra Suits, as well as the trusty Beige Brigade Rugs and Lids.
What the Hell Is the Beige Brigade On About?
Cricket, New Zealand, humour, and a few beers really. As well as the 100% authentic Beige Brigade gear that you can get in the Shop, we also have UK-based tours on the go, and a veritable smorgasboard of slightly quirky cricket-related shenanigans. These include our free podcast The BYC, the Beige Brigade Blog, The Loop e-newsletter, and the world of beige in pictures in The Visuals.
Look out for a visible (and often noisy) brown and tan presence by the Beige Brigade at many of the New Zealand cricket team's international fixtures. Yep that's us tucked up there on the bank at The Basin clapping away, lamenting the death of the Boxing Day Test, embracing our Mascot (Larry the Small Horse), or erupting as Dan Vettori comes on to bowl at Seddon Park.
For us, supporting cricket isn't just about wearing an old skool cricket kit though - it's a lifestyle. For more on the history of the Beige Brigade, take a look here.

Here we are!
To get beiged up with some of our ridiculous clothing, check out THE KITS. Jandal socks, walk socks, Stubbies, trucker hats, shirts and strides will keep you looking like you just walked out of Lancaster Park in 1985.
A hairy Beige Brigade face has a blog on the Stuff website, SIDELINE SLOGGER has a mainline to the Beige Brigade's deepest thoughts. The Beige Brigade's own "housekeeping" blog (waaaay less wordy) is THE RAVE.
Fire an email to beigehq@beigebrigade.co.nz, chip away on FACEBOOK or TWITTER - and take care out there. Our intermittent epistles of collected activities from around the beige cricketing world are set out below in THE LOOP newsletters.
Paul Holden at Sideline Slogger came up with G Turner, R Twose, M Crowe, S Fleming, S Styris, R Hadlee, C Harris, B McCullum, D Patel, S Bond, G Allott. Good, bad, ugly? 10 Feb 2011 | More Paul Holden from Beige Brigade HQ has just unleashed a post setting out a septet (that is seven for you guys at the back of the class) of his favourite cricket theories: features Marto, The Iron Duke, NASA and Mr Potato Head. 31 Jan 2011 | More Kiwis in London seeking to let their unwashed or corporately suited selves off the leash on Sunday 6 February should to be at The Goldhawk Tavern from midday...122 Goldhawk Road, Shepherd's Bush. 31 Jan 2011 | More Is RtD actually the nicest South African in the world? 27 Jan 2011 | More The comments from NZC's marketing manager in rugbyhead Toby Robson's article on Anniversary Day caught my eye. Robson was making the case for the fact that 50-over one-dayers at the Cake Tin were becoming an increasingly unappetising day out for cricket fans in the capital after a disgraceful crowd of just 8,299 meandered down the Fran Wilde Walk on Saturday. 26 Jan 2011 | More A thousand apologies... 2 Sep 2009 | More

The Beige Brigade is not fussy about their beer, and if there is a choice to go for Brown then that's normally the way to go. So join with us in saying "Don't Put Down the Brown" |
